- To open one of them you may need an application to extract compressed ZIP files
- Extract the image files and open them

I don't own an iPhone but according to support this should be the procedure: How to uncompress a ZIP file Open the Files app, then find the ZIP file or archive you want to uncompress. Tap the ZIP file or archive. A folder is created containing the files. To change its name, touch and hold on the folder, then tap Rename. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211132 If you need more help I can look for more details about it, let me know!
