I think I will call it "Unstable Size".
The synopsis: a girl was in contact with some ancient alien power that transformed her body making it unstable. Her cells are able to multiply several times in a matter of seconds causing explosive growth spurts. She is not able to control this (yet).
Kudos to who will understand where I got the ispiration from.

@Kyle Nope, it's not from Tetsu work, it's from a TV series. What I'm going to do is her growing to different giantess sizes in a very short time frame (minutes). While later when stabilized she returns to her former size. @Topcat yes, sorry for the huge delay. I'm slow but I keep my word guys, about this you can always be 100% sure

2015-06-27 23:14:39 +0000 UTCThe uncontrolled and eventually the being able to control it part sounds like Alia Everdeen from Dr. Turner's Chronicles but, it was never determined what the cause of the growth was, so I'm not sure about the alien power part.
