Seriously Ben if you are needing to explore all these things to help you optimise your sleep and time, something is well out of balance. As Josh said, your type of lifestyle sounds so stressful to me. I know everyone is different but it doesn't sound very good for you tbh. Also un-shooled my three kids now in their 20's
