I have to add to Natalie‘s suggestions about corn flour. Corn flour, first, is naturally gluten free. Second, you can do SO much with it. Make the tortilla for tacos, empanadas, etc. If you don‘t know how to make them, YouTube will be your best friend (it’s mine for sure during this pandemic). But the other product I’d like to suggest is called, „P.A.N.“ It is also a corn based flour but I make arepas with it (arepas= corn pancake). You can simply add salsas to it, add chicken, cooked veggies, etc. super yummy and the only things you add to it are: water and salt. Amazing! You can find it in the „Hispanic“ section of your grocery store.

Yes, it adds a nice Smokey, warm flavor but it's not overpowering. Really nice.
