Great episode! I would love an expansion on this topic. I’m currently going through this and I am feeling suffocated by someone. There is a misconception that just because you are a homemaker/housewife/SAHW that you have time to just drop whatever you are doing and talk to someone all day or they can just drop by unannounced and stay all day. There is no need for 2-7 hour phone conversations every day (it’s not even a meaningful conversations… it’s them just wanting you on the phone while they do dishes. Not joking.) I am trying to find a compassionate way of letting them know their expectation of having access to me all the time is unrealistic and stressful. However, when I go to write out my message it is coming off as just blunt and dry. I am just not sure how to approach this situation, but it is emotionally and physically draining me and I do need to address it.

Oddly enough Chris messaged me when I was in highschool from twitter saying he wanted to makeout with me... I was 16... I think people would be surprised how many women are solicited by older men online. I think there needs to be a conversation about warning young girls about what to do when you receive these kinds of messages from adult men and why it is wrong. I certainly wish I had been warned and known what to do or who to talk to.
