I remember a while back you guys had us vote for what our favorite Quarantine Conversation was... this shoots right to the top of all of them. What a fantastic conversation you all just had. I am now super curious about the Internal Family Systems therapy. As somebody who has connected to what Nate said about "angry part that he keeps locked down there"... I'm really curious about this. Especially during this time, I'm looking forward to the "gift" that it can bring. Really trying to transition to the next chapter in my life and it's dawning on me that I haven't given it a voice or listened to it. Super thankful for this conversation.
