Not a lot of pristine air in Tennessee I can tell you that. Tons of pollution happening there and little respect for the environment. Moved to Pure Michigan for this reason. ✌️

Ryan, after eating kale for 10 years, i learned the trick to making it edible, if not enjoyable. While camping, I saw my friends crushing and crunching their kale in their fists for about 2-3 minutes. I asked what they were doing. Apparently you have to massage the kale to soften it. Then you can eat it raw! Also, always cut out the stems. Enjoy.
