I suppose that can be hard to convey in a 12-minute conversation when there's so much to talk about. Suffice it to say, I was very emotionally invested in both relationships. I've been with my wife for six years now, and we've built a life together that includes a home, two cats, and countless shared adventures. It also includes our other partners, and I'd been with my girlfriend for just over two years. I love both of them, even if one of those relationships doesn't look the way it did before.
