Lovely podcast and really puts things in perspective. I live alone so it has been a challenge to keep myself from feeling lonely but I connect with friends and family over the phone, iโ€™m reading & writing more than ever, Iโ€™ve tackled tasks that i had been procrastinating for some time and Im preparing my balcony for a small vegetable & herb garden as well as cooking more and experimenting with different recipes. Im taking pleasure in the current โ€œslownessโ€ of my life.

It sounds cliche, but I've been focusing on gratitude. I run to my journal and try to keep it positive and fun. Creativity is often my life support. I think it's easier for me to cope with the circumstances since I'm home alone almost every day. Being legally blind means I can't drive and I'm not working. I meditate, focus on art, writing, reading and bingeing on my favorite podcasts...(this is the only one I listen to.) ๐Ÿ˜† Let's do our spring cleaning, write some letters, make some calls and get around to all that stuff we've been meaning to do but never have time for. Most of all, remember it's amazing to wake up and have your health and your loved ones. Thanks for all you do. Z
