Yes!!! Thank you!!! Had to pause when you discussed "waiting in line" just observing - Cheer!! I'm not alone!! Been trying this for past few months, I feel it's been giving me something. A breath, a break, a moment I dont "have" to do something. Nothing is expected of me, except to stop and do nothing. As a busy mama on the go, these moments are meaningful to me. I think the same for red lights, although my husbie doesn't always agree ;) To me, waiting without being on my phone techology also provides nice "gratitude moment" as well, where I can just stop and feel thankful that I am...wherever I am waiting, fortunate to be alive! Taking it all in, even in a grocery store! ;) Want to really jump out of your comfort zone? Go out to a restaurant alone and challenge yourself to not rely on personal technology for entertainment...The courage you'll feel, by just being...Eeeep, you are right - it IS a Super Power!! You guys are RIGHT ON with this topic! Thanks & love from Montreal xox
