It really upsets me how clothes overall are not durable anymore. Like, my mom have a jeans that literally is 30 years old and is still perfect and I have used to go to high school, and now I buy a jeans that sometimes tears in the thighs in 1 month of use.

I work from home and its a daily struggle. The conversation you had was unexpected but touched on things I experience regularly like feeling isolated and lonely. I specifically liked the comment about showing up for yourself like you would for others. Thank you for helping me through my day!
