I really enjoyed this podcast- my husbands family is really emotionally draining and we try really hard to distance ourselves. The hurdle though is our young children love to see them and spend a lot of time. I don’t want to deprive my kids of family but how to stay sane!! Honestly, after every visit all my husband and I do is bitch about how f’d up they all are and we get really negative:(
