I did watch this and I do believe that some people will find meaning from what she does, however, based on how much clutter the people had in their homes and such busy life’s I don’t feel that the family could stick to what Marie has shown them as it’s just too overwhelming. I’d love to see the minimalists and Marie join forces to create something both beautiful and practical. I loved her softness and personality- she clearly loves what she does. 🥰

2019-02-08 12:56:22 +0000 UTCYeah, I noticed this about Marie. There is a strong spiritual aspect to her method and ideology that I knew had to be related to her Japanese cultural roots. I don't personally put stock in these beliefs, but I have tremendous respect for them and for Marie. It's surprising to me that there was even backlash at all to this beautiful show and this beautiful person.
