I've always had a bad back, my mom was told I had scoliosis when I was 10, but she forgot to tell me! I re-found out about it 4 months ago, and that it's gotten worse.
Standing flat footed, you can see a marked difference in my waistline from left to right, and also the height of my shoulders. I'm basically just taller on one side. What's funny is that the high side of my waist is also the low side of my shoulders. I dare you to stand like this with a straight back. Can't do it!
A few were curious so just addressing the question everyone's asking.
Does it hurt? Constantly. Will it slow me down? Nope. How am I dealing? Bought a hot tub.
