This part was the part I was looking forward the most to do, because in the old version, I didn't make the feathers as voluminous as I wanted and this time, I was able to work on it pretty well!
This part was no secret, I took several fake feathers, cut the tips to make them pointy and then I did a gradient using dry pastel Chalk!
And to make it easier to wash the boot, I made the feathers removable using Velcro, do you like it?
