I'm so late but I have been playing catch up! I agree, the small episode-long conflicts are refreshing and so easy to take in, I love getting to see them work through things in what comes across as such a normal relatable teenage resolution way lol. And as for Mon, they didnt really specify in the show but Aston did say after the episode aired that Mon is in fact bisexual and he was really excited to get to play that!

I agree the little conflicts are not only more palatable but also actually feel so much more realistic, like it really is just boys navigating being in love and how to build a solid relationship which idk maybe others find boring but I think it's so sweet and much more realistic than evil characters trying to sabotage their relationship or something

Omg the photo scene was so funny I couldn’t stop laughing. I don’t why I find it so hilarious.

You are right, the little conflicts are very relateable for teenagers - drama at least 4 times a day. If there would be one huge problem over the span of a whole year ( I think storywise we are now almost a year in) I would say "forget this thing we have, we'll never be compartible if we can't fix this by now!" - and regarding Mon.. well, not sure if he's bi, could have just been him realizing he was gay (he said himself they figured they were not compartible and stayed friends afterwards) but yeah, it was not confirmed and there's actually no need . He loves Kim at the moment and it does not matter if one day they break up because of a girl or a guy.. (Just kidding - they will be HEA) <3
