I don’t know. I watched a bunch of episodes in a row and feels like it’s the same over and over to me. Fight, saint follows shin and they pretty much say the same thing over again and more fighting and slow moving plot. Don’t get me wrong the chemistry between Sky and Nani is incredible and absolutely love them and the acting is really good but the plot and writing, from what I have seen, isn’t that great. I feel like I’m missing something because so many people rave about the show. :(

Lately, I’ve felt like most BL shows airing have been so surface-level that they come across as... meh. Not exactly unwatchable, but definitely not something I’d go back to once I’m done. What I always want is a show with depth—a solid plot, compelling backstories, drama, and real emotions. I never expected this show to be the one that would the bill, but wow, it’s exceeded all my expectations. I’ve also just hopped on the SkyNani bandwagon, and I am obsessed. Their chemistry is really good, it has a realistically raw quality to it that just makes you locked in. I can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this show for so long when it’s this good.
