The "conflict" of the show is literally how to become better communicators with everybody in your life. That is so valuable as a teen/early 20s. Gemini and Fourth are also doing a great job & their chemistry fits with this vibe of show. I think this type of show is more of a learn & grow than dramatic/hard core romance.

I think people were just expecting something the same level as My School President which I get but you can’t always strike gold. I would love to see Fourth and Gem graduate from the high school shows though

2024-08-10 22:47:43 +0000 UTCThe criticism of this series I have seen have said things like it’s badly edited and staged and that Fourth and Gemini have lost their chemistry, none of which I think is true. It doesn’t bother me if the show isn’t groundbreaking as long as it is done well, and I think this series is done very well. And I’ve long since stopped being bothered by product placement, which shows up in literally every series. Also, I think they do a smart thing with those closing credits by placing them during a less emotionally resonant part of that final scene, so that they’re over with by the time the important stuff happens.

2024-08-10 20:58:56 +0000 UTCI do agree the series is nothing revolutionary and I've to mentally prepare myself for all the product placements all the time BUT I'll eat up anything gemfourth does cause my boys know how to deliver. I hope their next series is something original cause I do agree they can do and deserve so much more. Loved the reaction as always ❤️
