They literally didn't mean to. The problem is, the Writers KNOW that Jin is just a stupid Teenager and has no idea what he's doing, it's not malicious at all. Problem is, we as the audience, are in this Show not from Jin's Perspective but Phee, Non and his Brother. Which makes it hard for a lot of people to sympathize. I personally love PheeJin, but I also had already seen interviews with them talking about Jin BEFORE ep 5-6.

I've seen quite a few shows about school bullying, although not intentionally. It's apparently a serious issue in Japan and Korea, but I'm not sure about Thailand. Regardless of the victim's personality—whether they're gloomy, timid, stubborn, or talented in a way that invites jealousy—you always end up hating the bullies and feeling sorry for the victim. Now, don't come for me because I'm entitled to my opinion. This is the first time I've felt indifferent about the victim. Personally, I don't find Non to be a likable character. He comes across as kind of pathetic. I haven't watched the entire series though, so maybe my opinion will change as I rewatch the reaction videos. Of course, the bullies are despicable. But I don't like how Non's brother emotionally blackmails and morally pressures Non’s ex-boyfriend. Sure, he wasn't there for Non when he needed support, but whether P wants to talk to Non is up to P. He's not obligated to forgive. P transferred to a new school and joined New's plan. He's more focused on seeking the truth than revenge, which is understandable from his perspective. As for his romantic subplot with Jin, it might be because they're an official on-screen couple in Thailand. The actor that played Non and P’s actor aren’t an official pairing. However, it's puzzling why the screen writers made Jin a negative character if they had to preserve that pairing. They could have portrayed Jin differently.

There was an off shoot game of thrones series being filmed in UK/Ireland (it was cancelled) and there was a public sex scene (game of thrones style) with a young actress. All the extras had not been told what they were about to see, just that they were spectators as the actors performed, basically on a raised platform surrounded by tons of people. It was the actress’s first sex scene (I won’t name her but most people would know her) and she was so nervous she passed out. So they took 10, then went back to filming. These days, post me-too movement there’s rules in the UK at least that you need to have an intimacy coach on set to guide you and make sure everything is consensual. I’m not sure if at the time of recording that was available for her. But most intimate scenes are closed-ish sets depending on context and what the scene needs, maybe some hair and makeup or script supervisors watching on a monitor off set. It would be a whole different scenario mentally for the actors to be doing these scenes with a whole crew 😨 especially for more reserved actors and cultures.

Rewatching this now with u and when Phee smacks Jin at da alter I’m like bendito this is not da only slap they have together 🌚

I was waiting for you to get to this point. I will say that Tan/New is a favorite of mine because at this point i just think everyone should die lol. Also i do believe that Barcode and Mio (Tan/New) need some type of awards for their acting in this.

ShyHoshi

Ah yes, the Be On Cloud staple shots within the spicy scenes. Nobody does it like them lol
