2024-08-09 11:33:05 +0000 UTCThis movie was one of the biggest hits in Taiwan. I watched it in the theater twice. Then, when it got onto Netflix, I watched it with my friends, then again by myself, and now I've watched it again with you. I cry every single time. It's my favorite movie of all time.

Obviously something like this can go down a BL route and make the "straight" man catch feelings but I absolutely didn't do that and simply showed a strong bond, connection and platonic but deeply special love between them. It was so touching. The way this movie mixed absolute ridiculous slapstick comedy, over the top paranormal and all that whilst also making it so deeply moving, emotional and make you so invested, it really is top top tier. Those two actors as well, props to them, stunning. I'm so glad you watched it.

Taiwan and Queer movie? So good ! Eternal Summer, Your Name Engraved Herin and this. The progress of main character changing and story of Mao and his family... they made well whole story in this movie
