I don’t believe you become that level of dissociated asshole without some unhealthy conditioning. Top’s habits and morals haven’t caught up with who he wants to be with Mew, simple as. 2023-09-25 03:52:56 +0000 UTCMy favorite scene was between Nick and Sand. Even though Nick was upset with Sand he's the only one who could understand how he felt. He was able to break down in front of him and Sand comforted him in the end 😭 It was so hard to watch Nick begging for Boston's love even though it was so obvious Boston couldn't care less about his feelings. I didn't feel a thing about Top's emo scenes. He was content to keep his lying and cheating a secret from Mew and act like the perfect boyfriend until it was found out. And the way he puts on his sad puppy face around Mew as if he's the victim in all this. He isn't used to not getting what he wants and will act like the petulant child he is and make a scene wherever he goes. Sand and Ray are a complete mess but I can't help but be completely immersed in their scenes. They have this intimacy that has me glued to the screen whenever they are together.

I am not sure. how about Ray found out the dealer who he has contact secretly was Sand. I think Top really quit drugs and Top doesn't want Mew experience drugs but many people thinks Top is lying. as I always think the baddest guy might be actually not that bad (except Boston) and the best guy might be actually not that good.

Never really taking into account that people have experience similar situations/pain & will see their comments. Yes! Nick clearly has insecurities, but why must he deemed as “desperate & pathetic” instead of a human being who’s been emotionally manipulated. Which is blatant form of mental abuse. So dehumanizing. This episode was so triggering for me, and seeing people on Patreon & in YouTube just say the most disgusting things is so disheartening having experienced a similar situation myself. People lack empathy & are just cruel. I didn’t think this series would be so triggering for me. 🥲

But, him having it and being able to post it at anytime is such a power move. Cause he has Boston by the balls. And Boston is a compelling character because he is true to himself. Shallow, hallow, egoistic but he is self aware. I think he wants more but was raised in an environment that made him who he is and he is jealous of others that have something he cannot attain. Which is deep, meaningful connection. We saw it in the way he reacted when Mew and Top got together and when he saw SandRay together. I cannot wait for his episode.

And I need happiness for my baby Sand!!! Ray & Mew together isn’t doing it for me. I like that Mew didn’t go as low as he could have with Boston & Top. I think he just wanted to prove that he could tbh. Next week looks good 👀

Let's hope the series doesn't shy away from these characters' redemption arcs, because I truly would love to see that! Javi, the petty in me wanted Mew to nuclear with that revenge plot, but... And I wholeheartedly agree with you about Top!

2023-09-23 21:58:39 +0000 UTCI genuinely cannot see/feel chemistry between Mew and Ray like I could feel so much chemistry between freaking Gap/Mew and even Boston/Mew when they were so close to each other at Ton's house..but RayMew just doesn't do it for me 🥲 also Mew obviously doesn't have feelings for Ray but he's probably thinking that he could give it a chance and see if it goes anywhere. So yes, for him it's technically a rebound and Ray is aware of it but for him, anything to do with Mew is better than no Mew at all.
