I said Nick is going to be the one to kick Ton's ass, I'm here for it. Mew is going to get Top, I don't know how, but Mew is getting payback. Mew is book smart, he's watching Top closer than we probably realize. Can't predict Ray and Sand yet, Sand fell first, but think Ray is just using Sand at the moment. Sand is already getting hurt, how much farther will it go though.

Great reaction!!! As always! Can't wait to see the flashback next week and see what tipped Top so badly that he slept with Boston again... Mew seems to be quite the manipulator too tbh...

2023-08-27 13:05:28 +0000 UTCthe way I view the whole Ray/Mew situation is, I feel like Ray is aware by this point that Mew will never return his feelings and Sand entering his life and making him experience these new feelings could be a reason why he's holding on to his old feelings for Mew - bc it's what's familiar to him and maybe he's just scared to take that risk again with someone else? There's another possibility that I think Ray is gonna have a situation of falling for Sand naturally in a way where he won't realize it until later, even if his actions would say that he's already getting there lol

Maybe there is some backstory where Mew helped him out or they connected in some way but we haven't seen that yet. As it is I feel like Ray is holding onto this crush even though he's obviously becoming interested in Sand. That scene in the car broke my heart. You could see the disappointment on Sand's face and he was trying to act like he wasn't upset which made it hurt even more.

I can't believe how all out Neo is going.π³ It is so interesting to me how people are reacting to things in this episode. For example, some of the youtube comments described it as "chilling" how Ray turned off his flirty mode in the car when Mew called. Others called him a red flag. But that seemed totally normal to me. Even if he liked Sand more than Mew, even if Sand was his boyfriend of 5 years, if you're making out in the car in front of someone's house, meaning they're safe and sound at home, and your best friend is tipsy and locked out of the house with nowhere to go in the middle of the night, obviously you would immediately go get them. π€·ββοΈ And he has only known Sand a few months and hooked up with him once. Bros before hoes/chicks before dicks, as we used to say. π He apologized and asked for a raincheck, so his bases are covered. I do feel bad for Sand because it seems like he likes Ray more than Ray likes him atm (or Ray hasn't realized he likes him back yet), but Sand himself has multiple times said they're just friends, he can separate love and sex, he wouldn't want Ray as a boyfriend... And unlike Boston seeing through Nick's feelings, I really think Ray believes Sand. So, yeah, Ray did nothing wrong this episode imo, though he is accidentally hurting Sand as we know. On the other hand, Nick is a huge red flag. Bugging someone's car, taking pictures of photos they have in a drawer in their room, and stalking their and their ex-hookup's Instagrams is creepy. I'm still totally on his side with the Boston situation, of course! Boston is a manipulative dick, and a revenge plot would be highly entertaining, but the intelligent thing to do would be to stop seeing Boston, NOT bug his car. π€£ So, in summary, Ray was totally normal this episode and behaved the way you or I might in his situation, while Nick is a weirdo (which I support, it's much more fun for the Drama). But so many comments I've seen kind of have those two reversed in terms of "red flag" behavior. π€·ββοΈ My guess is that Mew really is a virgin, and he and Ray just kissed or made out a bit one time two years ago and then Mew said he didn't like him that way and it didn't happen again, but it would be really interesting if that weren't true and more went down between them, or between Mew and others! I just don't think so. I still do think Mew may be the brains of the Top/Mew relationship situation, as in, he knows what he's doing. Totally curious what will lead to his kind of abrupt, unromantic offer to sleep with Top next ep. Sigh, I'm shipping Sand and Ray so hard. Help.
