In my opinion, Kawi didn't have any future knowledge from Pisang's timeline. He had just matured a lot at that point from the knowledge of his other future with Pear's sad fate and Pisang disappearing. (And keep in mind he had lived to 30 once before that as well. And buried his father/cleaned out his father's home twice.) When they first lived that particular day, instead of Pisang being all weird and solemn and staring into space and obviously not being himself, he was somewhat aggressively trying to get into Kawi's pants, which was what was making Kawi so twitchy. But overall, other than in the one area of physical intimacy, I think Kawi was more mature and sure of himself after he came back to be with Pisang. So when what Pisang needed wasn't sex but comfort and advice about time traveling, that version of Kawi was up to the task. Just my personal thoughts, of course!
What a great show, and wasn't even on my list of shows I was excited about this year. Really tight writing, great performances, cool concept, lovely pro-lgbt messages, great characters including the main pair, Max, the girls, the parents... But not that A-hole Not who should not have been invited to Pear's wedding, what a tool! 😝 Was an overall lovely experience. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks very much for your reactions!

I love that no matter which timeline they were in they still chose each other. Even when it was chaotic early on Kawi was still drawn to Pisaeng in one way or another. So happy they ended up together.
