I actually loved the show, had a great time watching it. Love fluff. If they had really gone into greater detail on all of this, it would have been a darker show, so I don't even know if I would have enjoyed it as much. But they introduced sooooo many things that ultimately were barely resolved or explored! So yeah, season 2!

Not because it's my very favorite, but because I actually think there's a lot more to cover, unlike with others where as much as I liked them, they feel wrapped up. With the Thoop situation, we don't even know if he's going to go to prison for the drugs yet. (Maybe the small time jump means that was already figured out?) Nor do we know if they will be able to get the step dad arrested. Plus it was weird Thoop made up with his mom so fast since she knew about Tian being raped and didn't do anything. (I think it was implied that the stepdad HAS been arrested because the mom turned him in and will testify against him, but it was only very vaguely implied.) Would really have liked a major resolution to that story. Did the press keep hounding them while all of that legal drama was happening? Was Gun helping Thoop with legal drama even as Cher was staying away from him doing his school stuff? We also could have gotten way more about Gun's family, as you mentioned. He was still nervous about being considered gross by Cher for being gay at the beginning! What happened to Gun's ex? He totally disappeared. Did he leave the country to go back to his boyfriend? And what happened with the original game? I guess Drake's character got fired and his game got pulled and then they released theirs? It was really shitty that Drake's character stole their work, but after watching the two Our Skyy episodes, I feel like maybe Drake's character had a point about Gun being a jerk in the work environment. Gun was so sad about losing the friendship and actually wanted to let him have the game. Any chance they could make up? Also, as someone not in the gaming world, Cher was making a big deal about them being the champions as if it was an impressive career path or something. Is it? Are they going to be doing that as a job, like worldwide competitions? Or is he going to get a day job like Jack has? Or is the gaming plus his streaming plus his ASMR (which we practically didn't see, even though that was how Gun's crush started) all kind of working together to support himself? If so, did he really need to graduate with honors? 🤣 What about Jack? Did we find out why he was depressed about his family? I don't remember. Will Gun do what he said and be the one to propose on one knee? Will those awful women either beg for forgiveness or finally get fired for gossiping?

I'm watching it anyway just for Gawin, but I get goosebumps thinking about KristGawin/GawinKrist as a ship.

I thought they have a really healthy relationship although I don’t agree with Cher leaving the way he did last episode. Their chemistry was fine to me. The one that I think everyone will be slamming will be GAWIN and Krist next week.

The fluff in ABAAB is what we all look for, ForceBook did a great job here, but still their romantic chemistry is desputable, at least they tried, besides that the whole plot was very thin, they touched on extremely grave issues and then didn't explore and explain any of them, and yes, I was bored to death most of the time.

2023-05-21 22:48:59 +0000 UTCOkay let me write my opinion before going to the eighth sense reaction, this show was fluf and cute to me I enjoyed it even though the storyline could've been much better there are interesting topics that they went only surface level in. such as his previous lover and him discovering what happened to her or gun's family which we know nothin about. I feel like the show was focused on Cher's life but at the same time, we are not? but overall I love Forcebook so much and they deliver no matter what. P.S I will forever stand with Enchante being an underrated series
