Javi, it's so good to see you react to the Untamed! <3 It's an amazing show, but it does require patience if this is your first show set in a "cultivation universe". They expect the audience to already know the rules of such universe (as it is quite widespread in Chinese webnovels and drama), and I remember being hella confused with it at first. We saw the sassy murderer Xue Yang in one of the first episodes (not blaming you for not remembering it, there are SO many characters in this show). He was in Nightless city, making a deal with Wen Ruohan, the leader of the Wen Clan. Xue Yang's been working for him in exchange for Wen Ruohan's promise to grant him a wish (though atp, we still don't know what it is).
