Give me your opinion!! (Agitha #1)

It's a simple and silly question, but I hope you can help me decide! XD
In the references that I have of Agitha I know that it is a wrinkled thing only, but I found it very simple so I decided to do some pleats (I even thought about using lace trims to make it look a lot more like lolita) but the problem is that I can't decide which one to use! XD
You can just choose between A and B! Or if you like you may let your opinion!

I'd vote A, but I feel like it's more of a tiny tube fitted to the headdress with less strict pleats... you know, like more random ruffles?
