2B: Skirt (WIP 2)

At the end of this week now I have an con to go where I will debut my 2b, so I'm in a rush between finishing the cosplay and moving to the new house! XD
Today I am going to share with you an idea that worked!
I've done a lot of research on how to add volume to the skirt ripples and I found a lot about horse hair braid and that does not exist here in my country (including worbla, I envy you out there !!!!)
So I opted for vlieseline that I have used a few times and I think I got the same effect !!!! At least I liked it and I'm really glad and relieved now! 😍💖
