So it may have got lost in translation or I may have just misunderstood from the subtitles but, Vegas' dad makes him raise baby hedgehog and every time one dies his dad replaces it and they cycle starts all over again. I mean, if that was a correct assumption that is a very dark level of emotional abuse to subject his son to. Someone else touched on the hedgehog dilemma, the metaphor that even if hedgehogs wanted to huddle close to each other for warmth or comfort they can't because they would just hurt each other, isnthe perfect parallel between Pete and Vegas, because Vegas thinks love is pain because that's all he knows.

2022-06-27 23:33:13 +0000 UTCI’ve been pretty out of the pete/vegas loop but i find it interesting how after these two eps my view of pete seems to be much different from yours. Imo it’s more of him having kinks of his own and seeing him having a somewhat darker side beside his good boy persona. Anyways all the characters are written so well and there’s much to contemplate between the themes of assumed rights and wrongs. I can’t believe there’s only a couple of eps left 🥲

Other than potentially just being horny, he has no real feelings for Vegas right now. Concern and pity, sure. But romantically I don't see anything there. I think he slept with him for survival purposes. Also, Porchay is going off the rails. Someone talk to this boy.

VegasPete: Giving what we know about both their backgrounds, I wonder how similar Pete would be to Vegas, if not for his grandmother. Khun Korn: I think you are right and that its a combo of him lying and telling half truths and potentially wanting to get rid of Porsche, because he knows Kinn would leave the business/family for Porsche. Based on what Porsche (garbage of an) uncle said and the picture, we know for a fact that Korn/Kinns' dad lied about not knowing his parents before the accident.

I was feeling to much all at once and quite literally held my breath through that whole scene- I was having such difficulty breathing. They weren’t kidding when they said we’d need an inhaler with us😂😂 But I always had a feeling the uncle was going to pop up in the end with a plot twist and here it was😤🤧

In psychology, that metaphor is used to gives an image about emotional self-isolation where the harm inflicted to thyself by isolation is considered better because less than the pain to be we others. The storyline VegasPete is really better written than KinnPorsche, those two are more with love, sex and humor in a wonderfully well directed scenography but VegasPete are all psychological deep dive into the mind.

2022-06-25 21:32:50 +0000 UTCAnother great episode!!!! It was a rollercoaster of emotions from VegasPete, KinnPorsche, KimChay, and TimeTay!!! I cried with Vegas because he didn't have a great childhood but he still had his angry moments. I want to see Vegas redeem himself and he better treat Pete right!! That bed scene destroyed me!!! I wasn't ready for that at all!! Kinn standing with his man was applaudable and so sweet. I feel for Porsche and Chay! Chay babes!!!! I feel so bad for him but he kind of upset me a bit when he didn't go to the interview for college. Porsche worked hard to get him there and Chay worked hard to get there also. But he is broken right now. So, I can forgive him. He changed and Kim is torn yet again. He needs to apologize with tears before I can forgive him for breaking Chay's heart. We also got to see how Tay is feeling about his "relationship" with Time. Tay is hurting and it's breaking my heart. Time you better check yourself before you lose Tay for good. Tay deserves better and so does Chay.
