The Stonehaven Pack is the head family in North America. All the other families are subject to them. If the other families found out they were losing to some mutts, they would likely reject them as in charge. Jeremy had said in an earlier episode that the Pack cannot appear weak. That’s why they couldn’t ask the other families for help. The guy behind the scenes at end is the guy that hired Elena’s fiancé to investigate the wolves for his vodka brand. Its hard following some of this due to the long delays between episodes. This show was one of those that was written for the season to be binged in a couple days.
