Yeah Bailey’s hair has improved quite a lot. Still not amazing but way better than it has been. It’s nice to see a bit more depth to Cristina, but I do wish that she could have some more scenes like this with some meat on them without it always being tied to Burke even after he’s left the show. It was very inappropriate for Webber to single Bailey out like that. I understand that he sees her as a daughter but it was still inappropriate. I think when Adele said “The way you’re looking at me, that’s harassment” she was saying that she was attracted to the way he was looking at her, that’s why he smiled. This episode actually did quite a lot in terms of bringing up the issue of how difficult it is for LGBT military members and while i’m not saying it was in any way responsible for the law being changed, it did help put it back into the conversation and the “don’t ask don’t tell” law was repealed a couple of years after this episode aired.

I was thinking same thing Shan. Why is Alex in with a group of interns answering questions from a doctor during rounds. Bailey didn’t do that with her interns in season 1 through 3. If they are having the employees fill out forms reporting relationship to avoid legal problems in future. It should be for anyone in a romantic relationship, sexual or not. In fact forcing employees to disclose their private sexual activity could in itself be cause for a lawsuit. Holy crap, it's a Grimm. Hey Nick, is Trubel here. I miss those two and most especially Monroe. He was awesome. I wonder if Eve or Adalind gave that guy the brain tumor. I stand by my statement, George, at heart, is a good person. He makes a lot of mistakes. But he is kind at heart. And he admits he has done wrong. Only a few of the others in his circle are willing to do this. I'd say poor Sloan, but he put himself in this position. Derek has warned him, Addison warned him. He slept in their beds, now he has to make them. (see what I did there 😜) They missed out on a prime opportunity. Weird Al has a song spoof of “like a Virgin” called “Like a Surgeon”. That would have been hilarious for Cristina to sing. Considering her obsession for doing surgeries. It would fit she would like that song. She, the chiefs wife is sending mixed signals. "That's harassment", "lets have sex".
