To be honest, if I was in Tweener's place I don't know what I would do. Bellick has now shown that he has no concern of Tweener's best interests, but now that he's gone down that hole Bellick will just make things worse for him if he doesn't follow orders. I'd like to think I would've said no from the start, but faced with that actual choice, fear could make me do the same It is a little funny that Governor called at the last minute just to say no to a stay of execution. It feels like something you would do in a comedy to make you think he gets a stay but the joke is making you think that. For a side note, if I remember correctly Wade Williams who played Bellick said he had met an retired prison guard who cut off the shoulder with the patch on one of his uniforms & sown it onto his uniform hat & Wade brought that suggestion to the costume department for the hat he wears in the show
