Scary indirect family episode. Meredith hiding from step-sister, Cristine hiding from Mother-In-law, Izzy hiding from boyfriend’s wife. Just FYI: S&M stands for Sado Masochism. (things I thought I would never define for a woman 34 years younger than me). I wonder how Izzy does define “horrible people”. Does she decide if they are horrible based on their looks, race, religion, orientation? The only appropriate way to judge is a person is “horrible” IS on their actions. Horrible people are people that do horrible things. I continue to feel bad for Callie. I’m ok with George holding off on telling her since she begged him to for the day, because she was having a bad day. But he needs to tell her the following day whether she wants him to or not. Meredith and Derek just confuse me.

2025-07-11 18:50:10 +0000 UTCI just want George and Callie to break up already so that Callie can move on. And George too I suppose but I don’t really care about him. I love Bailey. The way she “convinced” Meredith to go and work in the clinic was incredible. She also really needed that moment of yelling at Alex. I feel like Cristina should have arranged for Meredith to page her after a minute or something so they could at least find out what Mama Burke was wanting and come up with a plan. Poor Alex. The way he was with the kid was really sweet and it was a good catch from him to smell the meth. I did wonder why he kept smelling the kid! I think there’s supposed to be about 6 years between Meredith and Lexie. Lexie being about 24 and Meredith about 30. How that works with them being essentially 1 year apart in their careers i’m not entirely sure if it’s mentioned or not. I know Meredith has said that she took some time off to travel before going to med school which could explain part of it.
