OK, two little complaints on episode. First. Why did Superman feel the need to rip the door off the hinges on the walk in freezer? He was outside, he could just open the door. Second, he is either breathed in all the freon to get rid of it, which means when he immediately afterwards talked to Lois it should have come back out in her face. I never heard of Superman having 2 sets of lungs. Or he blew the freon....where? They were in an enclosed room. Did it just go in the hallway outside the freezer door. How does that help? Also, they shouldn't have been coughing, freon is not a toxic gas unless it is heated to extreme temperatures. In very high concentrations it can displace air and become an asphyxiation hazard, but that would not induce coughing. But these are minor complaints.

The entire movie the investigators are trying to find out what he was trying to tell them. They review his whole life and never find out what it was. In the end it was his favorite childhood memory.
