Hey, we got a cameo from SG1. That doctor that had a crush on Sam. The one that kept screwing things up…. Uh oh. Interesting episode. The duplicates situation got fixed by killing them both off. Looks to me like Talbot got himself killed. He started the fight with Rush and he had no proof Rush was lying. He knew there was live power right there. It was stupid to start a fight because he felt guilty for encouraging everyone to run through the gate when it was acting up. I’m not saying I blame him, but it sounds to me like he was blaming himself and tried to shift the blame to Rush. Oh well, we got spare parts and we went from having now shuttles a couple episodes ago toonce again having 2 shuttles. And both of these are in pristine shape since the one was repaired by the Mega Aliens and the other is a time copy of that one.

Overall I like this episode. Dr. Lee without his glasses looks weird but it's a nice touch of continuity since Eli doesn't wear glasses. When I first saw this I was a little disappointed about Telford getting back to Earth & the one on Destiny dying. The writers made the move to put him on Destiny in the season 1 finale only to reset the dynamic so he's back on Earth having to use the stones. Part of me feels if they were going to do this, they should've just left him on Earth, or at least in the Milky Way so he can get back to Earth One thing I thought of this time around I didn't the few times I've seen the show before. I'm curious what would happen if Telford swapped places with himself using the stones. Would a connection with yourself even work as that's probably not something the Ancient's planned for when developing the tech. Also, I'm curious if you swapped with yourself, would it still have a weird feeling being that it isn't actually your body, or would it feel just as natural since it is exactly the same as your body, so sight hearing, smell & taste should be identical. Something they maybe could've explored had they kept Destiny Telford alive. I imagine since Telford doesn't want to be there now, the two of them would probably fight each other over who gets to use the Earth body.
