--- 2x01 --- It would be easy to write off Chloe all of a sudden being fine as the writers just speeding past the predicament they put the character in last season ...However ...This is a science fiction show ...Moments like these CAN make sense ...And maybe they will Some people will say that a "klick" is the military way of saying a kilometer ...I like to think it's mouse clicks ..."The enemy is 2 clicks over there" ...Ah ok *double clicks to attack* ......Yeah I know ..Stupid joke ...Moving on You about TJ and the baby: "Do you think it was all in her head or that it was a miraculous thing?" I think the answer lies with something that might be overlooked Religious Dude seemingly showed TJ a nebula that had apparently appeared in the sky the same night TJ and the baby showed up ...At the end of the episode ...Destiny drops out of FTL were it was supposed to drop out before it got boarded and TJ looks out from the observation deck and sees that SAME. nebula Keep in mind ...They are now in a completely DIFFERENT. galaxy ...The nebula seen from the planet those people were left behind on would NOT. be visible from where Destiny is now ..It's literally impossible. ..It's like if I were able to look out my window and see whatever is going on outside of yours.. Impossible ...The only way it would make sense is if the aliens put that nebula there to show TJ that what she saw WAS real ...There is no other explanation for it ....Right? Apparently these aliens who can create entire solar systems are quote/unquote "following" Destiny? ..They seem to have the ability to see everything, everywhere.. They are presumably all-knowing since they knew exactly where Destiny was going to be and quite possibly where it's going and they have the ability to save an infant's soul for lack of better words ..Saving it by reaching across the void between galaxies with ease ..Could it be another hint that these aliens are MUCH. more advanced than ascended Ancients? Or WAS. it all in TJ's head? ..Why would she have this "vision" or "dream" that even though her daughter had died.. She was going to be alright in some way? A nice thought to have.. But how did that happen? --- 2x02 --- The command center of the ship is called a "bridge" ...The reason for this is cause back in the 19th century ...The place from which a ship was controlled was on a raised platform or "flying bridge" between the propulsion system on either side of the ship ...Destiny's bridge is a pretty cool design by the way ...I like how it raises out of the top of the ship when in use although I wonder how anyone can get in WHILE. it's in use Sad about Riley dying ...Dude could have been fine if Rush wasn't so secretive about finding the bridge ...AND... If Rush hadn't stopped Destiny at a planet that was clearly crossed out for a reason ...Riley's death is all Rush's fault ...He should have listened to the subconscious voices inside his head and to what Destiny showed him It also looks like we're going to have some new crew members onboard the ship in the form of some Lucian Alliance members ...Ones who even might join the main cast perhaps? And Destiny has apparently dropped out of FTL cause seemingly Rush found something of interest to steer the ship towards ...Let's find out what this is about shall we?

2025-06-02 08:12:07 +0000 UTCRiley dying was really sad. I liked him & felt losing him would be like losing Walter or Chuck in SG-1 or Atlantis. I liked the touch that Young was holding his breath while suffocating Riley. It's something someone in that position would probably end up doing & not realize it till you were done. It was a nice little touch to add weight to the scene Yes that would be the bridge or command center or whatever the ancients would've called it. I think Rush is being a total ass by not telling anyone he gained access to it. Just foir survival purposes I would tell the crew & make sure to get it fullt staffed so you can control the ship
