sorry, fell behind again. 1x16 More sexy scenes using a body swapped person and this one belongs to a non sis person being used for sis…smh. While that person’s mind is in a quadriplegic. That was a huge sacrifice by Wray. I thought they were going to see her and Rush try to devise a way for the swap to permanent. Cuasing conflict in the episode, but, didn’t go that route. 1x17 Well, its kind of a bug episode mixed with a nightmare episode. The kept killing the tricks after removing them. They should have contained them for study. See how long they live with nothing to attach too so they can feed. This way they know when any ticks crawling around must be dead from starvation. Right now they don’t know since they said some people must have had more than one tick on them, there could be still a few crawling around. OK episode. 1x18 Hey, I know the significance of the number 314. It's a number on a door in the Initiative. That's the room number where Floppy Disc Dude was born.

2025-05-08 02:56:20 +0000 UTCSorry for the lack of comments. I lost my job last month so it's been rough. Hopefully I can get a replacement so I don't have to cancel my patreon sub. As for this episode. I was happy to see Jack back, I wasn't expecting to see him again. I like that they made the Lucian Alliance more of a credible threat where in the last 2 seasons of SG-1 they seemed more of a nuisance I also liked how they lit the Goa'uld cargo ship set. It gave it a different feel & to me made it feel new rather then the same set they've used for a decade

2025-05-07 20:52:15 +0000 UTCIt's amazing how many different characters that Lucian Alliance henchman has played in the Stargate franchise. When this episode first aired, I actually thought he might be a character he previously played. ... In the SG-1 episode where Mitchell takes Vala to his hometown and high school reunion, this actor plays one of the bounty hunters sent by the Lucian Alliance to capture SG-1. The episode ends with him instead going back to the Lucian Alliance to take down the top guy after SG-1 put a bounty on HIS head. ... So, when I saw this guy again in this SGU episode, I thought maybe it was the same character who maybe had gone on to take over the Lucian Alliance, but then maybe he got overtaken by others and was made a lowly henchman as punishment or something. Anyways though, it's not the same character

About O’Neill approving of Telford’s torture: very dark, but still very in character. It’s actually really interesting that we got both Jack’s goofy fun-loving side and his “for the greater good” side in the same episode. While we’re on the subject, there were some special webisodes posted online during Season One. One of them gave the implication that Brody was waiting to do something like this to Telford.
