Yes, Alicent has another son named Daeron he has been mentioned a few times throughout season 2, he was sent to ward in oldtown off screen in season 1 during the time jumps. Also regarding you comment about Laenor’s dragon Seasmoke being unable to be claimed because he is still alive, there was a scene between Rhaenyra and Maysaria(The White Worm) in ep 3 and they were talking about seasmoke and Rhaenyra says seasmoke had become restless as of late and Maysaria says maybe he’s lonely. Which can be seen as foreshadowing for this ep or slight confirmation of Laenor being killed off screen because like you pointed out seasmoke is still bonded to Laenor.
