It's an horor story. Please don't give up. You are so right and it's so simple that maybe you can have your way without a lawyer. About Amazon : I always hated this company for numerous reasons, now I hate them even more.

The Amazon thing does not look like it's going to go my way. It's been like talking to Daleks. No matter what I say, theIR response is always the same: "YOU PROVIDED MISINFORMATION!! YOU ARE BANNED FOR LIFE!!!!"

It does suck as many of my readers liked to access the books using Kindle Unlimited, and so many, many readers can't read them now if they even know where to find them. In addition, I lost a pretty good source of income. You know, they are a multi-billion dollar company, and I am just some nobody. i have no leverage. One of my readers sent me links to articles on how to appeal if you get banned by Amazon-- it's a thing they are doing more and more-- and I tried everything short of getting a lawyer, which I can't afford. So, I am trying to build up readers on Gumroad now. I may try and appeal again in a few months, with the thought that there may be turnover, and I can get some new person.

The inspiration for the story came about as I was thinking about what makes Gray an alpha versus what made someone like Kylie Jenner an alpha. Then, I decided it would be fun to see a bad boy billionaire type turned into a Kylie Jenner. And that's the story behind this story.
