Poses: Handstand yoga or lotus seat. Handstand seems more fun to me but it's up to you. Tickling: For one foot, it is a single index finger teasing her sole. For the other one let's tease her toes with some reeds or a feather. In my head she is doing her yoga/meditation outside in nature and reeds or feathers can be easily found nearby.
