Hey my sweet friends! How are you this month? How are you feeling mentally and physically? I hope you have been staying gentle with yourself and surrounding community during this time💜💕

Wow this past month has definitely been a rough one.....shingles, torn rotator cuff, awful  flares, 5yr relationship breakup, transitioning to being by myself 24/7, stressors, political climate, so many dr appointments, physical therapy sessions, etc. I truly didn't know if I was gonna be able to come through this month due to how sick I've been....and the stress that has added to my debilitating pain/illnesses. to be completely honest....ive lost almost 10lbs this month from everything combined. But somehow ive made it here with all you, my sweet friends. Somehow this safe space is ALWAYS what pulls me through mentally and physically when I truly think I can't anymore. I feel like I'm always apologizing for not being what I should be for this safe space due to physical health/ mental health, and im so sorry for that. All I know to say is that im truly doing the very best I can. everyday, especially this month. Whatever you are going through, babe- you aren't alone. I'm right there with you, even if our struggles look different.❤️ I see you and I hear you, always.

I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.💜 My anxiety has been so so high this month with many different worries....You aren't alone, love.

I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little.
