I hope you enjoy these makeup rambles! Let me know what your fav lip oil/gloss is....we all know I'm a shopaholic so I will 100% buy it lol! Doesn't take much to convince this girl. We are at that point in our relationship where I don't have to question whether we have the same taste in products or not lol! 

How are you? I want to check in and see how your mind is feeling. I have been really open about my unhealthy relationships with makeup, clothes, self tanner, false lashes, etc. I have many times in my life based my beauty on these things, or only found beauty in myself with these things. I'm human so I of course go in and out of struggling with insecurities. The past month or so ive really been struggling with body image, and struggling with the changes my body goes through due to my illnesses that are out of my control. This past month I have been so bloated that I haven't been able to fit into many of my clothes....i'm in pain when wearing them, but yet I haven't been able to pull the trigger on buying a size up. Why? Because Its been instilled all around me in society, and social media that the number on our clothing tag defines our beauty/worth. Ive also not been able to ever accept weight gain. Which has really challenged me to sit with my feelings over this lately, to really step back and examine the fact that id rather sit in clothes that cause me pain rather than buying one size up. Now, this denial of needing a size up comes from my feeling of total lack of control over my bodies changes.Also from just basic worth I place on a tag number. But most of all how I have been under weight for over a yr and got so used to hearing "your too skinny" that I would feel overweight when peopled stopped saying it.If people said "you look well" My mind took that as ive gained weight. 

ive realized im allowed stages like this and it doesn't mean I haven't come far in my journey and that I won't continue to do so, its just a moment of being human. I can feel what I need to feel without it meaning I dont love myself. THE SIZE/SCALE DOESN'T MEAN A DAMN THING BABE!! Be gentle with your body, love. My body is working so hard for me in this moment and I love it no matter what the scale says, no matter the amount of skin that pours over the sides of my leggings, and no matter the tag number, etc. I love all of you beauties!!

I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.💜 My anxiety has been so so high this month with many different worries....You aren't alone, love. 

I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little.
