I have done this so I can help as many people here in our safe space relax as possible. I always wanna cater to as many peoples trigger preferences as I can. Hope you enjoy one of these.

How are you..mentally and physically? I know this month or just year in general has been a lot to handle for so Many of us. 

Rest peacefully to a  true King, Chadwick Boseman. My heart feels so heavy and broken tonight over this news. He was such a treasure on and off screen. He gave young black babies a hero who looked just like them, he gave such empowerment and love to all. I will never forget watching Black Panther in theaters and just breaking down in tears with goosebumps all over...I know what that movie meant for me, and I just cant imagine what it meant for all of my strong, and beautiful black brothers and sisters out there. What, Chadwick gave us while fighting his own huge fight is immeasurable.

 Cry if you need to and feel what you are feeling. It's okay to mourn and acknowledge how heavy this year might be feeling on your sweet soul. Just know you aren't alone! This year has been one freaking thing after another and my mind is really starting to feel all those effects. Im really clinging to my safe spaces, and utilizing my coping skills. Tonight it will be crying out what i'm feeling mentally, crying out the pain my body is going through physically due to my illnesses, and coloring it out. We all know i'll have Once Upon A Time playing in the background to ground me, and take my mind to a magical, cozy place. Reach out to your safe spaces/people. This year has been a lot....I see you and I hear you, always. I just want everyone to know how much I love you and how proud I am to call each and every single one of you my friends/loved ones. Sweet sweet dreams! XOXO

I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.💜 My anxiety has been so so high this month with many different worries....You aren't alone, love. 

I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little. 

 I love you all so much and continue to send love, light, and a bubble of protection over you, loved ones, animals, etc. Dont forget that this space is always here for you! You always have community here.
