Hey loves! 

Todays beauty video for the month with be a "get ready with me" from start to end. I will be going into further detail on how I do my makeup with some light, relaxing triggers.

To be fully transparent-it's really hard for me to do these videos because I hate seeing the pain/illnesses on my face....I dont mean that Im embarrassed about the swelling, rashes, bags, hair loss, looking like Wednesday Adams LOL!! What I'm trying to express is that I hate looking like my pain/illnesses.....I want to look like a "healthy" 21 year old.  And Its just another loss that I mourn....I mourn looking "okay/healthy". This was an awful awful health day, so I dont always look this sick, but that's what I have a hard time with. I never condemn my body for doing it's best, working it's best to keep me here in this moment.

 And Its so unrealistic for us to think everyone looks like what they look like in glam or an insta selfie everyday. Social Media is such a false reality that can be so so toxic! And I'm so sorry I have ever contributed to that unrealistic expectation. Its so important we remember that everyone struggles like us mentally and physically. Everyone gets breakouts, everyone gets bloated at one point or another! Photoshop and facetune are not realistic, babes! This toxic false realty is so damaging to minds of ALL ages! 

I hope you are being gentle with your mind/body. Its working so hard for you to be here in this moment. And I hope you don't let your sweet, beautiful mind fall into the false reality trap that social media can be. Again, Im so sorry I've been apart of that toxicity....im so sorry ive only ever shown full glam and never my day to day reality. I love you all very much. Thank you for letting me feel safe enough to be vulnerable in our safe space. 

You are beautiful! you are so smart! you are kind! you are enough! your body and mind is so beautiful! your mind/body is doing the very best it can in this moment. You are beyond loved! You are safe! And I'm always so so proud of you. Your feelings and needs are always valid here. I love you! And im so blessed you are here with me in our safe space!
