Im so happy you are here with me this month in our safe space! 💕
I want to apologize this month for not being able to communicate well due to the awful pain in my fingers. I always care snd appreciate you all, constantly! I just am not functioning well due to this crippling pain. But I ALWAYS see you and hear you.
I wanted to offer different triggers for this months trigger video....I really wanted to give everyone a shot at relaxing even if its just a moment out of your day. So I hope one of these very requested, tingly sounds/visuals gives you a moment of peace. Thank you all for another amazing month.... I continue to feel overwhelmed with the love, support, amazing people, and endless kind words that our safe space is made up of. I know I say it every month and might sound like a broken record at this point, but I just cant ever manage find the right words to help you understand how greatful I am for all of you, my lovely friends. Especially during this wild time that's making most of us miss/crave connection. Or for those of us that normally dont feel like they have community. Please, never forget that your community here will always be here for you. You fit in here ALWAYS!
I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.💜 I know so many of us are exhausted, mentally, physically, or all of the above. I hear and see you, love. I know you are trying your absolute best. I know we are all feeling a certain level of loss, sadness, anxiety, maybe anger, etc. I encourage you to feel what you need to feel, its okay to break down, its okay to not move if these feelings are so overwhelming. But I also encourage you to find some form of a coping skill to give your mind/body a little distraction and a little time to rest. ASMR, coloring, tv, music, organizing, saying a girls/boys name for every letter in the alphabet. ( example, A- Anna, B-Bailey, C-Caitlin, etc.) Ive been using that one for years and years. You can even do a-z songs, movies, animals, stores, games, etc. I often put myself to sleep doing that over and over. Its always my go to coping skill. Its just Whatever works for you! I also encourage you to call a friend, family member, join support croups on facebook, or wherever you can find one. I am apart of many support groups and it really helps with being isolated, it gives a feeling of community, and helps to not feel so alone in whatever im struggling with. And whatever you are feeling is totally okay, my love. Even if it differs from those around you. Dont let anyone make you feel as if your feelings are less than or not valid. I never want you to question if anyone is even thinking about you, because I never stop praying, thinking of, and worrying about all of you and your physical/ mental safety/health.
I love you all so much and continue to send love, light, and a bubble of protection over you, loved ones, animals, etc. Dont forget that this space is always here for you! You always have community here.
P.S. please continue to physical distance the best you can, wash yo hands, wear a mask, and anything else you can do to stay safe/health. For you and your community.
