MADDIE, A gentle reminder as the end of the month grows nearer. If you are still struggling like you were last month, PLEASE donβt push yourself too far for our benefit. I would say not to worry if you canβt handle all five videos but I know that itβs just not in your nature to be okay with that. But please, film in bed again if you have to.
