Devlog - April - 03

About events:

1) Four documents with four random events

2) Main character’s room

3) Alternative branch for the story with Fuhrim

4) Alternative branch for the story with vampires

5) New events with Sarah in the castle

6) New events with Higrith in the castle

7) The «Purification» event (main event).

8) New events with Ilga.

What we haven’t done yet but I wish we had.

1) New event with Elana to deepen the story of characters (it’s an old event which is halfway done and which we always push aside)

2) Dreams

3) The investigation day 2. It’s basically ready but it needs to be properly edited for the team to be able to work with it.

4) River events (they’re written but I haven’t rendered anything)

5) Improvements of Kilena’s branch (we’ve added a motivation for that one scene, the text’s almost done)

6) Alternative branch for Sarah in the castle (writer’s working on it)

7) New content with Fiona (I’ve shared some sketches of animations with her in our closed discord chat)

Still under question:

1) New events in town and a stroll through it

2) The expansion of events during the town’s festival

Right now, the events that are ready consist of about 30k of words.

We also haven’t done any work regarding game mechanics. There’s a lot to be done in that area according to our plans.

Everything’s not so bad if you compare it to our last update. Last time we had to remake a lot of stuff and fix a lot of mistakes on the go. I didn’t believe we’d even be able to make it through that hell. Luckily, now we’re working in a calm environment as much as possible, keeping in mind the latest events.

We’re thinking about releasing a small update that’d have the stuff we’ve already finished. What do you think about that?

Что мы не сделали, и что стоило бы сделать.

1) Эвент с Эланой, для раскрытия персонажей (старый эвент, который частично сделан и каждый раз откладывается)

2) Сны

3) Расследование день 2. Частично оно готово, но нужно оформить документы.

4) Эвенты на реку (написаны, но еще не делал)

5) Доработка Килены. (добавили мотивацию для данной сцены, текст уже почти написан)

6) Альтернативное прохождение Эстрид в замке. (в работе у сценариста)

7) Контент с Фионой. (наброски с анимацией кидал в закрытый чат дискорда)

Под вопросом:

1) Эвенты в городе и прогулка как таковая.

2) Продолжение эвентов на праздник.

Сейчас примерно в разной степени готовности обновление на 30к слов.

Так же вообще не делали никакой работы с механиками. Там еще много в планах доработок.

Пор сравнению с прошлой обновой все не так для нас страшно. Прошлый раз пришлось очень много переделывать и исправлять ошибок. Я вообще не верил, что мы сможем справится и это был просто ад. Сейчас работаем в спокойном режиме с поправками на ситуацию.

Вот думаем собрать промежуточное обновление из того что есть, как считаете?
