Small announcement.
Added 2021-04-18 09:53:42 +0000 UTCYesterday I posted art showing characters for the second/parallel project. There might be a small misunderstanding. Nobody from the core VC team is involved in that project, it has its own team of people. I only supervise the work, so this project won't affect the development of VC in any way. If you really don't find this project interesting, there really isn't much we can do about it. But within the framework of VC there is no one to strengthen the team. There are no 3D artists with adequate quality for adequate money, which means we have to expand in another direction, like this 2D project.
Вчера я опубликовал арт, где были изображены персонажи для второго параллельного проекта. Возможно есть недопонимание. Этим проектом занимаются отдельные люди, я осуществляю лишь общий контроль за работой. Основная команда работала и работает над VC. Если он вам будет не интересен, что поделать. Но в рамках VC усилить команду некем. Нет 3D художников с адекватным качеством, за адекватные деньги, потому мы решили развиваться в области 2Д.

The money I get from patreon is not even enough to pay for the work of a screenwriter:)))) We have enough funds, and the projects are funded separately.

So I interpret that to mean that; 1) the money for development of this separate (but parallel) project is being taken out of surplus Patreon funds i.e. money that is not considered to be needed to expedite or further the planned development or resourcing of "Void's Calling" and 2) therefore, based on current plans and design, the remainder of VC is already fully budgeted and funded through to completion. Is that correct?
