Требуются: 

1) Художник 2D или 3D, (возможно специалист по анимации)

2) Программист Ren’py

3) Сценарист   

Ответы на возможные вопросы:  

а) Эти люди нужны вам для VC? 

- Пока нет, чтобы действительно усилить основную команду нужно вложить слишком много денег. Но это не значит, что мы отказываемся от этой идеи. Просто, сейчас рано об этом думать.   

b) Какие нужны навыки специалиста? Уровень?

- Четких критериев мы не называем, все весьма индивидуально. Мы с вами свяжемся и обсудим все необходимые вопросы. 

Стесняться не нужно. Считаете, что можете что-то предложить – пишите.   Если не договоримся или я откажу, ничего страшного от этого не случится.

c) Под какой   проект собирается команда? 

- Не знаем, все зависит от того, кого мы найдем. Однозначно что-то небольшое. VN со сроком разработки не более полугода. В первую очередь интересует баланс затрат, качества и сроков. 

Это так же относится и к предыдущему вопросу. 

В заключении замечу, что это сообщение лишь предварительное. Мы только определяемся с возможными направлениями развития и будем исходить из имеющихся ресурсов и возможностей.

Priority have, of   course, those who speak Russian. This is not so important for an artist, but it   may be an issue with a programmer or a writer. Theoretically, all options are   possible, we will consider each situation individually.

Answers to possible   questions:

a) Do we need those people for VC?

Not yet, strengthening   the core team would take too much money if we did it properly. But this does   not mean that we are giving up on this idea. It's just too early to think   about it.

b) What special skills and level of experience do we need?

We are not listing any exact criteria; everything is very subjective. We will contact you and   discuss all the necessary things.

No need to be shy. If you think you have something to offer, contact us. Nothing terrible will happen If we do not agree or I refuse your offer.

c) What project do we need this team for?

It all depends on   who we find, but it would be something small. VN with a development period of   no more than six months. The balance of costs, quality and time is our   primary concern.

This also applies to the previous question.

In conclusion, I would like to note that this is only preliminary. We are only determining   possible directions of development and will proceed from the available   resources and opportunities.
