About delay
Added 2020-12-10 09:58:17 +0000 UTCBasically, I want to rant a bit. Sometimes ago, my laptop screen(fhd) died, so I need to take it to repair shop. After a week, they finished changing the screen. It looks good at the first glance, but I noticed it at home, that the new screen is hd. Obviously, it will be challenging to draw overlays on such narrow resolution, so I complained to the shop: why are you replacing my laptop with lesser resolution? They said they'll take a look at it, and make me wait 10 days, before they said: we can't replace the screen, but we can restore your old screen and refund.
The conclusion is: I'm having a problem with my laptop at the moment and the shop is wasting a lot of my time. I apologize for the delay m(_ _)m

Yeah i went through similar experiences with three different laptops. Never going to another computer "repair" store again. Hope it works out for you though.
