February 2025 Rematch Character Poll

I'm announcing this a bit early since I won't be starting the February pics until the last Iono is finished, but since I had planned for this to be a rematch poll, I figured I'd release the poll a few days early to prepare.
The third place participants from September, October, December, and January return! Poll will be open until February 3rd. Best of luck to the two winners.
Also, I'm interested in gauging whether these rematch polls are popular or not. I like giving characters that missed out before a second chance and wanted to try and do one after every four months.
